There's a lot of lore about this new "form" of Luffy. One day you guys will see how cool it is, impressive that you connected it with the sun too.

That O at the beginning is an Enso which is a sacred symbol in Zen Buddhism meaning circle, or sometimes, circle of togetherness. It is traditionally drawn using only one brushstroke as a meditative practice in letting go of the mind and allowing the body to create, as the singular brushstroke allows for no modifications. To put it short the person who drew it on the paper was trying to meditate and reminisce about the moments he had during this journey.

This opening is the culmination of a journey coming to an end. The current arc is ending with this opening and it has been going on since 2019. The crazier thing tho is that this arc has been heavily set up in previous arcs since 2013. It's an end for a decade long journey basically.

The big circle is represents the word "Nakama" (friends/crew) from the words Naka (Inside) and Ma (Circle)

Oh, and great job in noticing that the Sun has a big connection to Luffy. I wonder if you'll get more of how that's connected later. I'll say this much, there's some things that aren't as they seem, even to what the characters know. They think they know something, but things aren't as they seem.

In general, if you like the characters, the East Blue saga is one of the best, the thing is that some people only want action, so the most of the pp only get hooked by episode 24 when you get to know how big is the scale of power is in one piece

it's Luffy's peak, his Devil Fruit power has awakened. awakening a Devil Fruit power is just like going Super Saiyan, that's all i'll say. that and this was pretty much foreshadowed quite some time ago.

Gol D. Roger wasn't captured but offered himself to be captured and executed cuz he was gonna die anyways he had an uncurable sickness but that didn't stop him in reaching the One Piece and once he finished that he disbanded the crew since they accomplished the goal and Roger took the opportunity of his execution since he had all the attention of the world in his death when somebody asked "where is the One Piece?" and that's what were he spoke and started a new pirate era and so on...

You guys really should watch Attack On Titan even if you're not reacting to it, it's a masterpiece and has a lot of room for theory and philosophy making reactions really fun to watch and do. 9.5/10 Show, hopefully you do it someday.
