John Bonham's kick drum work on this just absolutely blows me away.

Pure blues.

My top 10 Zeppelin songs are “Since I’ve Been Loving You”, “Babe, I’m Gonna Leave You”, “Ten Years Gone”, “You Shook Me”, “In The Light”, “The Lemon Song”, “No Quarter”, “Dazed and Confused”, “Kashmir” and all the rest are tied for 10th place, lol. ✌️♥️🎶

Still my #1... I am so fortunate to have seen them live 4 - 5 times... backstage once

There are no bad Zeppelin songs. Every song touches you in a different way. Or brings you back to a certain time and space in your life. That's why it's so hard to pick a favorite song. Depending on your mood or whatever life has to through at you. There is a song that takes you there. Then that song becomes your favorite. The stars were aligned at this one time and space that brought these 4 master musicians together. There are many great bands. But there will never be another band that changes everything you thought you knew about music. The greatest band to ever grace the stage. They were then , they are today , and will forever tomorrow be long after this civilization vanishes. The alien nations will be rocking out to Led Zeppelin

Awww you should have done the live version from the Royal Albert Hall in 1970. It blows this out of the water. I never listen to this version since I heard and saw that live version. An edited version is on Coda but the full concert version is the best. Cheers ✌️

Dude, Zeppelin has over 80 songs and there are no bad ones. This is a great song, but it is only my 59th favorite Led Zep tune. If you love Blues check out Baby Come On Home. It's one of their more obscure songs and was actually cut from their first album but it is FIRE!! Very few reactors have given it a spin. And I agree that you have to check out the originals. Listening to Led Zeppelin as a teen opened my mind to many great blues artists from the past.

Go deeper down the Led Zeppelin rabbit trail. Start with Zep 1. Thanks for this review.

Zeppelin helped me to appreciate and become fans of some of those artists that influenced them, like Muddy Waters and Willie Dixon. It’s always cool to contrast Zeppelin’s version to the original.

I gave you a Tentative like for this! DUDE! You Never Pause During a Guitar Solo BRO! NEVER!! Willy Dixon. Ottis Rush. And Howlin Wolf also had Some influence in this! Cause I believe Howlin Wolf did his Rendition of this Song. And that's where Front Man Robert Plant got his Vocal inspiration for this, and other Blues Songs they Proform! There's something in the images, English peoples, or US peoples, or all peoples who only talk or read english, can't realize: in that video you have some images of the Olympic studio, a legendary studio in London, where legends like Rolling Stones, Led Zep, Jimi Hendrix recorded...But, then you see 1 image of the "OLYMPIA, entrée des artistes" which is a legendary concert room in Paris, France where Led Zep played several monstruous shows in the late 60's, long before they became legends....Listen to the live performances in Paris 1969, it's phenomenal😂 "Entrée des artistes=Enter for artists"😂....That's one of the song i, don't like in studio, but which is phenomenal live😢Led Zep, is definitively better on stage!
