It's like during a concert they're collecting energy from those thousands of people that make them able to do all those jumping, running, and shouting for 3 hours. That's why One OK Rock always gives their best performance to the fans in return.
Taka is a beast on stage. His stamina is incredible. Vocal coaches broke down this 35 second note (yes, it is 35, OOR timed it on their official instagram account). He is obviously very well trained and well rehearsed, which just shows how incredibly dedicated the band is to providing the best quality concerts possible. OOR often provides soundtrack songs for movies and video games too. Their international breakout song, The Beginning is the theme song of the first Rurouni Kenshin movie, and they also gave 4 other songs to the franchise. This July 12, their newest song, Delusion:All is to be released, it's the soundtrack for the upcoming movie, Kingdom 4.
actually Guinness world record for longest note is up to 1 minutes+.. but why taka is more impressive than that, is because it's 5th song in the exact concert that you've watched.. and other 4 songs are also hard songs in term of singing The previous 4 songs are (in order setlist): 1. Wonder 2. Save Yourself 3. Answer is Near 4. Let Me Let Yoy Go 5. Clock Strikes *The list go on until 24 songs in total which is: 24. Kanzen Kankaku Dreamer
When I discovered one ok rock when I was 14 ( 26 now ) they became my new standard for music and now I barely listen to anything from the us I live other Japanese bands .
Funny you say that, they have collabs for movies like Kingdom and Samurai X, and games. I would recommend the live sessions of Vandalize or Your Tears are Mine. Love from Argentina.
@@RiSaRx85 I completely agree with you. For me Taka's energy and the crowd made Vandalize even better. For Your Tears are mine the emotion in Taka's voice was something special. It was actually written for their fans and directed towards them. That's why if you watch some fan cams from the recent Asia tour Taka conducts the crowd to sing the last part of the song.
@@Fatalistic_Viking the crowd interaction has been amazing since the beginning (no pun intended). Take Paper Planes as a perfect example, or Wherever you are Jinsei x Kimi tour waaaaaaay back.
@@RiSaRx85they definitely write their songs to include the crowd in a lot of them. Go back even further and check out Jibun Rock and Yes I Am from Budokan The funny thing about paper planes is that because it was more pop rock, which was the first time writing a song like that, Taka wasn't really sure about performing it, so he taught the crowd the words to enjoy it more. Plus Kellin Quinn was on the original, so they added that middle part to make up for him.
Can I recommend amazing japanese artist her name is Nana Mizuki. Her live performance are amazing. - Glorious Break Live galaxy 2016 tokyo dome - Eternal Blaze Live Circus 2013 - Vitalization live flight 2014 Yokohama studium - Unlimited beat live grace 2019 Opus 3
🎌🎶🎶🎤🎸🎻🥁No, no, no! One Ok Rock did not sell their souls to the devil to evolve to this level of apocalyptic talent and precision. The band have been through tremendous highs and lows, personal losses and have been able to stick together, support each other and endure all of the challenges on sheer will. Their Japanese fans are absolutely next level supportive and incredibly respectful of them. Takahiro Moriuchi's (Taka) parents Masako Mori and Shinichi Mori are both famous Japanese classical singers, so talent runs in the family. Taka's younger brother Hiroki Moriuchi is a talented sing as well and the lead singer of the band "My First Story". One Ok Rock was formed in Tokyo in 2005. The band have been friends since their teen years have a huge back catalog of various genres. One Ok Rock are all about being an uplifting, positive force and influence in the world through their music. The band consists of vocalist Takahiro Moriuchi, guitarist, Toru Yamashita, bassist Ryota Kohama, and drummer Tomoya Kanki. This is a song and a moment when their fans in Japan show them a level of respect that would not seen anywhere else in the world, especially the U.S. Try and match the silence 57,000 fans and their involvement. It's other worldly. "Take What You Want" - "One Ok Rock Live Ambition Tour Japan Dome 2018", ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-akt5U9pEBjM.htmlsi=quF_wBDf2Dxj5EMr 🎌🎤🎸🎻🥁
This why I get bored easily listening to American rock band they repetitive till the end of the song asian Japan mostly one ok rock they always had spicy recipe for performance their engineering composing of the song and the performance of the band the singer aka Crazy TAKA is a beast epic never bored seeing them performance I can keep listening to same song forever
I'm waiting for you guys to announce that you got tickets to their LA concert in October hahaha. One of OOR's greatest strengths, imo, is that they have such a diverse discography. As you've noticed, their music spans so many different genres. There's something for everyone. They have lots of uplifting songs, such as "We are," "Stand Out Fit In," "Be the Light," and I think you should check out songs like "Kimi Shidai Ressha" and "Mikansei Koukyoukyoku" too. Look up the lyrics translations for those latter two songs-- they're quite inspiring! (Psst, if you need translations, I have them on my site; link in profile.) The band just announced yesterday that they'll be performing the theme song for the 4th Kingdom movie (based on manga of the same name), titled "Delusion:All" (pronounced like "delusional"). It'll be released July 12. They had sung the theme song for the 1st movie as well, "Wasted Nights." So yeah, they often provide soundtracks for movies and such.
You guys should check out "kimishidai Ressha" from the same concert. I have never seen Taka have so much fun during a performance. It's so infectious that you can't help but smile and make you you feel better if you haven't had the best of day. Also another version of Clock Strikes this that's incredible is from Field of Wonder. They actually do a mashup with One Way Ticket. During that concert that also do a medley of songs. If I can find the video I'll recommend it. This long note is insane. Taka is incredibly talented. OOR has a variety of songs and genres. I recommend checking out When they turn the lights on and Neon both from this same concert - Luxury disease Japan tour. Thank you for your reactions ❤
The note was 30 seconds. They are releasing their new single and is for a soundtrack for kingdom (Japanese movies) in a few days but I agree check out the soundtrack song for sonic Vandalize. The concert song has a few F words in it but the actual video is PG. They are amazing. Thank you for your reaction to OOR. They deserve to be known worldwide. Amazing band. ❤❤❤
The new song is being released on July 12th not in a few days. I'd say it's better to hear the live version since it's the original. When they changed the song for the game the lyrics don't really fit and sound weird.
@@Fatalistic_Viking oh I must've read 6/12 instead of 7/12. Either way is coming and I'm excited 😊. I do like the live version better but I also like the music video. It's so sonic.
@@marisaheymann3759 Did you know that they have an app? You can get notified when anything new happens. It's how I learned about the Premonition World tour and got early access to tickets for the Toronto show. Their music videos are certainly awesome. But once I hear a song live, the studio versions sound like they're missing something. Thankfully I've been able to extract the audio from every live show. That way I can listen to them anytime.
Their songs make my heart beat faster and I feel lighter, more motivated and kinder after listening to them. Their messages resonate with me because they are not far from reality and are uplifting songs about familiar issues and challenges that many people face.😊❤
Thanks for your reaction to OOR as always! Next I'd recommend their song "Wasted Nights" (from the Eye of the Storm tour, posted on their channel). Enjoy!
Good news, they're releasing a new song on July 12th. It would be awesome to see you guys react to an entire concert of theirs. It would be really interesting to hear your thoughts about things like the way they start the show, the flow from one song to another, and the encore. Since Taka tends to talk to the crowd like 3-4 times a show you could break it into multiple parts. Both 35xxxv 2015 and Luxury Disease 2023 are on RU-vid.
They sang the theme song, Wasted Nights, on a film called Kingdom (it’s on Netflix) and it will come as no surprise that it’s another banger. They are singing the theme song, Delusional All, for Kingdom 4. It will be released on July 12th. I believe there are still tickets for both the LA and Toronto gigs. You should check out some of the their performances with a full orchestra Fight The Night or I Was King for example - yet another string to their bow.
I've seen OOR live 4 times at this point, and have tickets to see them in Toronto this year. Taka is one of the best vocalists I've ever heard. The songs of OOR have also touched me with their messages of perseverance and determination. They've gotten me through job applications and tough situations. Their songs are amazing and their live performances surpass anything that's been recorded for albums. They're truly one of the greatest bands of all time.
ONE OK ROCK’s Saitama Super Arena in Japan of Paper planes live version recommend 😂because You can see interesting taka and taka hitting musical instruments with a rare pop song in the history of One Okrock! By all means, please❤
Can you please React MY FIRST STORY - HOME from THE FIRST TAKE? The vocalist of the band is ONE OK ROCK vocalist's little brother. Btw I like your reaction video.
@@Honestreactions9682 This brothers made their first time collaboration in last year but there ain't official video/audio, only fancam video. If you interest it you can search ''ONE OK ROCK VS MY FIRST STORY Nobody's home'' on RU-vid which is a song about their complicated family. Hope you enjoy this brothers music😄
