Okay, the milk thing: so magic mushrooms are technically a poison, just like alcohol. We are tripping as our stomachs absorb and begin to digest said poison. For some reason, milk counteracts certain poisons similarly to activated charcoal. The idea is the milk will neutralize the mushroom toxin and make the trip end sooner. Mushrooms are amazing when done properly. It's truly remarkable what fungus can do for us.

My boy in college took shrooms. We watched him take his shirt off and started running in the woods here in Florida, asked him what he was doing, he screamed “running with the wind”…then finally went into someone’s yard and water hosed himself drenched before we finally just threw him in the back seat 😂
