Hi Dom! Not my usual kind of thing. But I get it. The talent and production here is stellar. It's emotional, and for that reason I can appreciate it. Don't like the rap so much. Lovely rection. Like you, the rapping part kinda took me out of the vibe, but as a whole (staging, vocals etc) I quite liked it. And I think the orange flairs were supposed to be bombs or rockets. Also, check out 'Shum' by Go_a, one of Ukraine's previous entries. Not metal, but insanely good
Out of the songs left to listen to Norway is definitely the one i think is most for you! Also i was wondering if you've ever checked out Mitski's music. She doesn't quite do metal but she has some very strong noise pop/rock songs. I'd definitely recommend her album Bury Me At Makeout Creek and especially songs like Drunk Walk Home and Your Best American Girl.

huge fan of the eurovision rabbit hole, keep it up! On this song itself - I felt it was really well staged and performed, but I think the composition itself doesn't really end up going anywhere. Even the post-rap vocal run feels like it's just returning to the opening level.
