Thanks for the double feature. The guys do such a beautiful job of this song "Colder Weather". Always enjoy the songs that showcase all the individual voices. I have always loved this song when Home Free first did it on the "Sing Off" & then redid it a few years later. But I think this 3rd remake is my favorite version now. Love this great classic song from Ben E. King back in 1961. The Home Free guys did an awesome version as always. Love their arrangement on this cover. Great vocal leads by Austin & Rob. Tim's bass really stands out for me in this one. And Adam's tasteful vocal percussion is on point.
Colder Weather: What a wonderful song this remains. Every time I not only hear it, but I feel it too! Every part of every member is amazing! The video is also so beautifully done. Yet a tear flows down my cheeks. I think of my partner who had his birthday on December 25, but died unexpectedly in January 2019 at the age of 60. But I hope that he has finally found the peace where he is now that he cannot find here on earth. Stand By Me: One of the songs I have been listening to for as long as I can remember. (I'm 60) First the LP, later I always had it on one of my cassette tapes, then I got the CD and in recent years I usually have it on one of my playlists. Although many versions had been released in the meantime, it was usually the version by Ben E. King or Otis Redding. But from now on it is the version of Home Free that is on my playlist and no other. Alternating the lead between Austin's powerful voice and Rob's silky soulful voice just sounds so beautiful and fantastic. Then the unparalleled vocal percussion, truly phenomenal. The incredible bass and beautiful background vocals/harmony are the finishing touch.❤
This is so very awesome! These guys are crazy talented. I have been following them since 2013 and have never looked back. I love the fact that they all got to shine! Stand by Me was so very awesome. I am sure Ben E. King would be so very proud! Love your reactions!

Choose many different places to record for the acoustics…churches, warehouses. They are singing in a quonset shed found on many farms for grain or equipment! Their harmonies are not simple but so well done! Nice reaction!
I think these are 2 of their best. They would make great introductions to anyone who hasn't heard them before. Love the bell tones behind Rob. Great leads. Fabulous harmonies. And perfect percussion, as always.
Austin's part was actually Amazing. So much emotion is so few words, dont know how he does it. Of course all the guys are fabul;ous too, everytime I hear a new realease I think this is my favorite. But these 2 are true standouts !!
Ha, you’re one of the few people to hear the water drops. I don’t know how he does it. Love both songs. Their harmonies are exquisite. You haven’t seen enough songs with Chance - how about I Can’t Outrun You, Yours, Some Girls Do, Cover Me Up. They also have a lot of original songs out. Chance also wrote Skull and Bones for Ubisoft the game maker. It’s great, they have a short live video for the Ubisoft crowd and a lyric video. Tim goes really low in Skull and Bones.
