I’ve had 3 c section and I’m so insecure about the pouch it left me. I hate it. I try to lose weight and tone it but it’s still there unfortunately. I can’t tell you not to be insecure because it would make me a hypocrite since I’m insecure about myself. But you look great. After all your body went through so much. Embrace that body! And don’t listen to any hateful comments. 💜

Thank you for being so raw and real.. I’m 23 on my second baby and my first was a c section and my belly just never got rid of the little hanging skin (I also did work out as I should’ve). I’m hoping to have a VBAC but the doctor scheduled me for c section if baby doesn’t come naturally before 40 weeks 😣 I’m so scared but women like you make this body transition normalized and I’m thankful to see natural bodies ❤️ we carried life and there is nothing to ever be ashamed of

I feel like I'm watching myself again. I too was scared to look at c-section as well. Just keep putting the band/faja on cause with c-section it takes so much longer to lose the little pooch we stay with. I have 4 kiddos 3 boys 1 girl..27yrs young and had 3 c-sections. I honestly didn't take care of myself for too long and now I regret it.
