I live about a 20min walk away from here! I love walking through Battersea Park and by the river on my way! I love what has been done with it and how the features of the original power station remains both internally and externally!
Wow. You could never get bored in London. So many amazing places to see. I wish we had those plant-based restaurants here in Perth. I had to smile when you said "summer scarf". I bought a jacket for winter. It's an English one and it said it was "summer weight" which made us chuckle. If I wore it in summer (or a scarf) I'd die of heat stroke! Still, I'd be very happy to rug up to be in London. I love it.

Yes I enjoyed it. It was so interesting how they preserved some of the old history with new and modern. I lived in London for a few months on a working visa from Australia. I lived in a place called Edgeware ( or something similar to that) use to catch the tube into convent garden, Piccadilly and I walked to the palace too. I worked in a Jewish nursing home for a little bit. And in Woolworths in Edgeware. I did like London it has so much history to look at. Anyway Australia is pretty hot at the moment. My son gave me Lego for Christmas. I found it relaxing and like you can go off into another place in your imagination. Thankyou for your videos

A bit of a distance, but swindon designer outlet has so much of the original train yard architecture inside it! I bet you guys would love it if you loved battersea! It is probably a chunk smaller though
What an amazing place, really loved the tour. I wouldn't be able to go as I am scared of heights. The lift experience was wonderful and to see the panoramic view of London from the top, definitely need a clear day. What a great shopping experience xx

Was put of going to the power station as expensive shops we can't afford but I think the lego shop might have changed my mind for me to go there😂😂 Thar polaroid lego camera is soooooo cool!! I need it omg!😂😂 The lift reminds me of Charlie and the chocolate factory! When I was on the train the other day I saw the smoke in the chimney on that one and I'm like ummm is it ment to be smoking😂😂 I was probably going past on the train whilst you guys where in the lift,imagine that😂😂 Katie rocking her new jacket!! We were there last year in July. We started off by going up the tower which was amazing. I hate heights and very nearly backed out from going up, but so glad I did. Outside they had massive artificial grass chairs and settees where people could watch the tennis on the massive screens. They had a tennis court set up, a running track and a small bowls / boules area right beside the river. We returned in November, and enjoyed the Christmas trees aligned on the first floor. Outside was an ice skating rink and a gingerbread Photo Booth. We had lunch/ snack in a French cafe which was lovely. We shall return again in the summer, to visit Battersea park and I definitely will have a glance in the shopping centre. Certainly a very interesting day out.

That glass elevator reminded me of Charlie and the chocolate factory though 😂 We need a food shopping video from that market though because it’s so fancy looking 😂 Also I seen a TikTok recently that you might like for Jojo it was basically a ‘I’ll buy you anything you want as long as you can say the item in Spanish’ 🇪🇸
I can't see Battersea Power Station without thinking about Pink Floyd. They should get some pink pig-shaped blimps hovering over it. At least the Lego Shop referenced it and they put some info about the album cover which is, in itself, iconic.
#livebutnotlive from Hell’s Kitchen! This morning, it was 22*F on my way to church. Luckily, I was cycling, so that kept me good and warm. Battersea Power Station is remarkable (if not just a tad creepy)! I love that they’ve transformed what was derelict and abandoned to something beautiful and useful for people in the area. Btw, I’m like Bob with money - I hardly ever spend anything, even my pocket money when I was a child. I only buy things which I truly need and have needed for a while. My winter coat is 23 years old! And still in good condition. What I like about being frugal is not only the money I save, but the stress of accumulated clutter.
