Oatmeal will make you 'healthy as a horse' and is largely flavor neutral meaning it will tend to take on the flavor of whatever you put in it. Personally, I like to put applesauce in mine with a little cinnamon or any flavor of pie filling.

I make mine with water and then add the milk with sugar and a dab of butter. Also add some raisins! So good as breakfast in cold weather.

why didnt you tell then it was wheat oats? they are all talking about eating barley and wheat porridge, which is exactly what you are feeding them, the only difference is the white oats are bleached and processed with chemicals. which removes a lot of the flavor as well
