We ate this frequently in Russia when it wasn't expensive at all (basically same price as a jar of vegetable spread or something similar). The trick is to balance the salty briney taste out. Grab a slice of sourdough or similar non-sweet bread. Unsalted butter in a thin layer on the bread. Caviar on top of the butter. Enjoy with a nice warm cup of tea. Russian breakfast!

Caviar is amazing, honestly just when you bite it you can feel the pops in your mouth and the taste it has, (depends on the caviar). Honestly I would of try the caviar in anything. (Mostly sushi)

Fun fact Caviar is plenty to find it was first used for to feed Chicken but since they starting getting it more and more they wanted breeding program since Caviar is a Egg of some kind of Fish. The breeding program turned out to reduce the number of Fish so instead of leaving the Fish alone and leave it as it was they decided to keep the breeding program and increase the prices sooo high and start marketing as a luxury food for humans which humans fell for it. So Caviar basically is Chicken food increased to high prices so they can profit from it.

The reason why Caviar is so expensive is that it is extremely difficult to get that exact species of fish egg.

If you're wondering what caviar tastes like, it's pretty similar to ikura which is salmon eggs but slightly saltier with a little bit more umami. If you like ikura, you'd probably like it

A really good way to eat caviar is to spread sour cream on a pancake and spread some caviar on it and it tastes amazing.
