Art is the great unifier. I often think about how GOT and this channel has brought together strangers from all over the world. Any differences that may exist between us are momentarily washed away by the power of art. It’s incredible and I am so grateful for this shared experience and for you our community. Because of this bond and the sense of community we’ve created it was important to us to openly share a personal matter that occurred very early in our GOT journey. I (Lindsay) was diagnosed in November with breast cancer and began treatments in December. In the coming videos you’ll see that my hair is gone along with other physical changes that will occur over time. It was important for us to be transparent about this. MugShotz Reacts wants to sincerely thank you for giving us support and strength even when you didn’t know we needed it. You have given us and continue to give us a means of escape through our shared love of GOT. You have been the reminder of summer through this harsh Winter. Your comments and interactions have lifted us when things were tough. Your support is immeasurable. We will see summer again! 💕💕 MugShotz Reacts (Stefani, Lindsay and Ashley).
Sending Lindsay and her family all the love and support she needs to get through this time! She's a warrior ✨ and I know her GOT journey will make her even stronger ❤❤❤ thank you for sharing her diagnosis. We are all rooting for her! Siddy from Sri Lanka
I noticed the hair missing from the back of Lindsay's head and was assuming a new hair style. This is much more somber news and I send Lindsay and all of you that know and love her my very best thoughts of wellness and care. 5 years ago my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer, she beat it, and so can you Lindsay; go out there and kick it's ass!!!!
My thoughts are with you Lindsay! Cancer sucks. Glad to hear you have started treatment. I think just about everyone has been touched by cancer either personally or through a loved one, and folks here will have your back.
Sorry to hear it Lindsay, and I really feel for you because I lost my girlfriend to cancer over 20 years ago now, so I've seen it up close. What I do know is that firstly, treatment has come on in leaps and bounds since then, being much more effective and much less debilitating nowadays, and that secondly, it's VERY important that you don't give in, get worn down and demoralised, and stop fighting. Attitude really makes a difference, so hang in there: it's a long war with many battles, but it's eminently winnable, you CAN win it, and you deserve to win it. Much love and strength...❤❤❤
Knowing that Leslie and Ashley have seen the Red Wedding and are so composed in this lore video is just mind blowing. ------- It leads me to ponder have they crossed the threshold of being children of winter. ------- Oh the good Ole days of season 1 when they were still Sweet Summer Children. Aaaaah
On Ygritte's accent, every Northern Britisher can do a passable southern accent, and pretty much every British actor can do a passable Northern one. It's kind of the default. There's as many accents on our little island as there are in the USA, but North vs South is the basic divide.
@@dcmastermindfirst9418 Well pretty much what you said: remember, you're talking to Yanks here who sometimes struggle to understand that a country smaller than half their states has as much variation in it as their whole country.
For some reason, this did not show up in my subscription feed! Curse you RU-vid! Edit: You have it unlisted. That is why. Well, I am glad I found it anyway!
@@kidgforce1 well Cersei correctly picks out her accent... She also identified her as a commoner by the terrible courtsy. After a few more questions Cersei then says "From Lorrathi commoner to the Red Keep in 10 years, that must be quite a story."
Shae never confirmed it (probably because she doesn't like to talk about her past) but Cersei did seem very certain, so I think we can trust that she's from there.
I'm so glad y'all finished season 3. My favorite one. I kept looking for your reactions while I was out of state babysitting my grands. I was hoping for a new ep cuz I don't watch the histories and lores but I might watch this one.
I'm just getting started, but Ashley's countenance seems to have changed now that she's seen beyond 3-9. No longer a sweet summer child. It's tough. It makes you see the entire show differently.
1:29:33 YESSS do listen to the audiobooks!! I'm in the process of listening to the first one, myself, and I'm loving it so much. I never was a bookworm, but AGOT has made me into one. Not only is the writing fantastic, but I also just love how Dotrice brings it all to life.
🎼"And this is law I will maintain Unto my dying day, Sir. That whatsoever King may reign, I will be the Vicar of Bray, Sir!"🎼 This song doesn't exist in the GoT universe, but if it did, five gets you ten that Margaery Tyrell would know all the words to it off by heart... The Vicar Of Bray: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Vicar_of_Bray_(song)
I never watched these lore videos, so it's fun to watch with you guys. I think it was clever of HBO to have the characters narrate them. Any chance we could still get an episode reaction this weekend too?
Lol.... You guys keeps me young 😂😅 Thank you for that ❤❤❤ And I'm wishing and sending you prayer HEALING ENERGY❤❤❤ We're here for you sweet girl....., and I KNOW you can do this ! (You just reminded me about my lack of mammograms.) Bless you girl 🥰🥰🥰
Despite what Stannis says there was a good reason why Robert gave Stannis Dragonstone instead of Storms End. Dragonstone was the seat of Targaryen power for centuries (even before Aegons conquest) and had many Targaryen loyaltists on the island. Robert needed a tough guy like Stannis to deal with them. Not a teenage boy like Renly.
True but he could have both the Stormlands AND dragonstone. Like renly as a teenage boy couldnt handle the stormlands either, half of its lords were loyalist too. Bottomline Robert is just dumb concerning both his brothers
This video reminds me that when I was a teenager, one of my friends who's daddy is rich one asks us to go his home. And forcing us to watch his performance. It was a true torture that we were naming eachother saints after leave his house. Patience is a virtue ladies. Keep endure!
I agree with you about Roy Dotrice. He was a wonder doing all those voices. I hope you ladies will consider doing reactions to the books. I know that's a big commitment though.
The Tyrells are very pragmatic. They always want to end up on the winning side. They bent the knee to Aegon after their leige lord Gardner was torched by Aegon’s dragons. During Roberts Rebellion the Tyrels did just enough to prove their loyalty to the Mad King with their seige of Storms End but didn’t do enough to earn Roberts wrath when he won. And the Tyrels switched from supporting Renly to helping the Lannisters. Don’t trust the Tyrels
so you've seen season 3. well congratulations on graduating from the "sweet summer child" status. after 3:9 you're no longer a naive babe in the woods. ooh love the new hair color Ashley ,looking good girl.
And not just any mahogony, Mahogony from the planet Macior Prime!!. Where the trees are as tall as skyscrapers and breath fire!!!!........Mahogony (shout out TFS)
1. When Aegon and his sister-wives conquered the Seven Kingdoms, the first kingdom to fall was the Iron Islands & Riverlands, ruled by the feared and hated Harren Hoare aka Black Harren. The Iron Islands ruled the Riverlands and were starting to encroach on the Stormlands too. Incidentally, the name Hoare is still alive and well here in Blighty 2. The Free cities of Essos: a) Braavos b) Pentos c) Myr d) Lys e) Tyrosh f) Lorath g) Norvos h) Qohor i) Volantis 3. Like a few of other comments, I somehow assumed the cap was simply being worn for convenience. I am old enough to know better! Lindsay's spirit shines right through these reactions and that same spirit will guide you through these rough waters. We're all here with you. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-4-FasBHDy1o.html&si=sWLhdlYrAycs6aTH
Ned wouldn't have beheaded Theon even if Balon had rebelled again. He would have refused just like he refused to participate in the plot to assassinate Dany. I reckon he took Theon because he knew Winterfell would be the safest place for him to be a hostage. I have no way to prove this, but it's well within his character to do that.
There is a good chance he would have Honor and Duty compels him too besides theon is 18/19 not a child, Ned's plan was to tie together greyjoy and stark the same way He and Robert was.
I think Ned would have beheaded Theon if Baylon had rebelled agajn. That was the deal between Baylon and Robert so Ned would have been honor bound to execute Theon. And since Ned doesn’t subcontract out executions he would have done the deed himself
Here's half-an-hour of Ygritte's accent (roughly North Manchester) with some lovely footage of the UK to boot: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-HYeAMunh3d8.html
The Night's King's wife wasn't a white walker, it was a "wight". Wights are the dead humans that are raised/zombiefied, whereas White Walkers are their masters and are the ones that do the raising/zombiefication.
Its tough listening to the audio books. He is so old, his pacing is odd, and when he reads Arya or Danny pov, especially when it is sexy times for Danny, its SO weird.
Not only do different characters in the show pronounce it differently, different characters WITHIN the Tyrell family pronounce it differently. It drives me a little nuts lol I don't care which, but pick a pronunciation and stick to it 😅
you are already releasing only 1 episode per week and this means you will take more that 1y and half to finish...is some weeks are only for histories and lore...this will take 2 months more. And no, i'm not asking for patreon benefits. i'm not asking for full release or to be at the same episode Patreon is. i'm just saying that 2 years is too much
