I like that they decided to make this scene more brutal in the show than the comics. Also, the guardians could barely do any damage to Nolan in the comics

1 thing not enough people bring up is that not only does the music stop during the Omni Man fight with the Guardians Of The Globe, but he doesn't say a single word during it, which makes it even more mysterious as to why he kills all of them.

I'm glad he didn't say shit. I hate it when villains monologue about what they're about to do. It defeats the purpose of a surprise attack. Omni man was all business and just wanted to get the job done.

@@Journeyagain0 there is, but it depends on how many episodes are in the seasons. I have finished reading invincible, and they gave the introduction to characters way quicker in the show than the comics. The comics reached this scene a lot later

@@Journeyagain0 And as for S3, it depends on How they execute S2 and it's success..... Surely the storyline is awesome, but it all boils down to How well the studio represents it. And also its marketing to the audience! Coz, As I can recall, S1s marketing was not very good in my country!

I have to be honest i have delayed watching this show for 3 to 4 months everytime i started watching it id watch 5 minutes get bored and close it and ive done this 3 to 4 times but once i watched the 1st episode in its entirety there was no stopping me i went through all 8 episodes in 3 to 4 days. It hooks you up only after that ending.

This show already hooked me with the amazing father son story between Nolan and Mark, but when the last 5 minutes happened I was shocked beyond belief!!! Also this episode has the absolute best description of how superhuman flight works.

This is based on what I'd consider the greatest superhero comic book ever written, and absolutely my favourite. If the show sticks around long enough, I can't wait to see how some of the insane key issues play out and how people react.

I look forward to watching your reactions to this series. It’s a very solid adaptation to one of the greatest, most underrated comic series around. Seriously. This series stands apart from the Marvel and DC titles in that it actually tells an epic, singular main story with a clear beginning, middle and ending (with a lot of mini-arcs sprinkled in throughout). Best of all, it showcases organic & well thought out character arcs. Not only that, the series has stakes: there’s no magic reset button, and situations & developments that arise have a lasting impact.

That's honestly what sets Image apart from the other two in my book, the stories aren't never ending (Spawn has been giving it a good go though, and TWD kind of dragged it out for a bit too long), but there's clearly defined story beats and sections and a beginning middle and end to everything. I hope to see more Image stuff adapted, but they couldn't have picked a better place to start than Invincible after TWD.

I'm following your guys' content since fairly recently and there's one thing I noticed as a big barrier of entry for new viewers like me. It's cool to check out your newly discovered channel's reactions to older stuff, but with just a single playlist "reactions" it's really hard to check what you reacted to. I think it would really be a cool idea if you put separate series into dedicated playlists. Better access to your back catalogue might give you more views and subs.
