If you threw it right and hit it's target 🎯 there's no way it would be able to return . So they did not make them to be that aero dynamic to return of course today there are trick boomerangs and speciality boomerangs. But the original was just a one time throwing weapon that did not return and also a warclub to stun and kill fish or make the final blow to kill an enemy. Thank you so u had to have a red neck from North Carolina who has spent his life watching Malcolm Douglas bush Tucker man Steve Irwin and man elders of the aboriginal people of Australia tell you this . ❤thanks 🙏 but yeah they did not return mate

Ha, so it's uaed to scare the animal and return to the hunter, not actually harm the animal. Maybe way back when they used these you got points for trick shots. "Hey, Ug, you can have the raw liver if you knock it out with on throw"

Maybe the person severely overshot his throw by a quarter of the globe.

Valai Thadi as they are known in Tamil. Not sure if you want these to come back as much of these were made from metal - the British tried to ban them in 1809 if I remember correctly.
