Does it matter what you drive as a real estate agent? And do you meet the buyer at the first home and then you drive them around to all the properties you will be showing them or can you make a video on that process ? And safety precautions?? I don’t know if I am over thinking it 😅 I am thinking of getting into this industry ,but i don’t have the best car ! I have 2009 Chevy Malibu 😅 I am young but I think i Can afford a new car, can you touch base on this topic ? Please and thank you and just want to say thank you as well because you are such an inspiration!💗😊

Hello girly! It does not matter what you drive as a real estate agent. Nowadays, you don’t bring the clients with you. They usually follow you! Hope this is helpful!

I would say start working with another realtor! It’s been a HUGE help! And volunteer to host open houses for other realtors. Give you more exposure!

Do you have a video about the best way to find good people if you want to rent someone basement and the steps both parties should take so nobody gets screwed over? People say you can use craigs list, but I don't want to live in the basement of somebody who worships the devil. That would like kill my vibe... ya know? Maybe just some old couple who likes to play checkers or something. Your advice would be very helpful ...Thank You in advance.
