in the western world we underestimate how much walking just 20 minutes a day can boost our metabolism and makes us need to eat more. sedentary realistically means you do not walk anywhere other than a parking lot to a building, sit for 8 hours, walk back to car, drive home, sit most of the time home. my perspective on how much i actually “exercised” changed drastically when i realized that!!
i also use study bunny and you might be the person that introduced me to that through one of your pervious videos so much thanks for that! when he cries I feel so bad, he guilt trips me into being a productive human being (his name is Oliver). anyway it's great to hear a positive update and must've felt great to realize that you have a higher tde that you previously thought

im also trying to eat 3 meals a day! this week for me was a not amazing but not that bad. same as you, I didn't study as much. w/my ed, i can relate also! im eating more but im losing weight too bc im trying to eat better and not b/p. I'm trying not to be hard on myself, as I'm in-person classes and stop comparing myself to other students (fucked up but i do it physically too,I'm trying to stop) Im 5'9 and i always felt bad that i can technically lose weight faster bc my maintenance calories are high but i still surpassed them by b/p. Now that im eating better, im maintaining/losing slowly and yeah it would be nice if i *lose* weight 😂 Nevertheless, Im happy that you are doing well! Congrats :)
