I just bought a 6.5 Creed about a year ago. I love that round hardly any recoil flat shooting. And gets the job done. Picking up at 28 Nosler this year though. That’s about the equivalent of a 7 mm Remington ultra mag will see how I like it.
Nice shootin'!!! I love my 6.5 creedmoor, I used mine deer hunting this last year. Took 3 deer with it, 2 head shots & 1 at 275yrs. Head shots were at only 100 & 130yds. No wasted meat that way!!!!!!!!!!
Great shooting The chuck only gets a 9.5 on the landing. He needs to stick the landing better next time. Love that 6.5, flat shooting and plenty of kinetic energy dump. Keep it up
I have to help my in-laws with a woodchuck problem and looking for advice on best plan of attacks.. What gun and ammo and they are living under there barn/shed. Any help would be great thanks
Are they in a town/city or out in the country? Also what guns do you have available? I would recommend a 17HMR with 17gr Vmax or a 22lr with low powered rounds so it don't over penetrate and hit the barn. But that is a loud option. The next option is an air gun.
@@ChuckinTV first off thank you for responding. I'm pretty sure where they are is considered a town but they are unincorporated it's not an open field. I do have a 22LR 22mag 20 gauge shotgun 12 gauge shotgun I also have 30/06 .. also have a couple air rifles my in-laws have spoken to someone with the wildlife and they said that they will give them a 30-day permit for me to get the woodchucks so officials are aware of location and what they're doing to the property so I have legal permission I just need to know what to use and best way.. Thank you
I have 400 of these bullets to load for my creedmoor after I'm done with 22-250. Just loaded some 50 grain v-max to shoot in, then on to the creedmoor. Im gonna work up a recipe with R16
@@ChuckinTV I reloaded my 22-250 with the RL10x. I picked up 4 pounds for $90. It's designed for 223 and the 250. I havent shot the reloads yet from my 250 but I heard mixed reviews on the powder. Do you have any experiences with that type?
I haven't personally. My uncle has a Ruger M77 in 204 with the new 5R barrel. From the 100yd groups he's shown me it is very accurate. I've been putting pressure on him to whip up some hand loads so we can test it. I definitely want to do a video on the rifle/ cartridge. There's been quite a few guys asking the same question so we might try to make it happen.
