What a beautiful song by a great band! My wife and I requested this tune and danced to it at our wedding. Next, ya gotta check out "Bron-Y-Aur Stomp" (studio version) off of the Led Zeppelin III album (1970), there’s nothing else like it. Acoustic heaven! ✌️
Great song. How about hitting some songs off Physical Graffiti. It's always been my favorite Zeppelin album. In Mt Time Of Dying Houses Of The Holy In The Light Ten Years Gone
Very cool for me, as an old white guy who grew up listening to this music, and feeling it to the depth of my soul, to see another generation of listeners, especially young black people, feeling it too. Music is powerful magic.
This is a Beautiful Romantic song of Grace and Gratitude! One of my all-time favorite song from Led Zeppelin. It's a tear jerker. 😢....Let's see if it effects Jay & Amber.
It was my husband & my wedding song, we celebrated 39 years on February 16. It’s a beautiful song. Plant wrote this for his wife, she was a nurse & supported them before his career took off. They were married from (1968 to I believe 1982), they still remain friends. I think the loss of their son at age 5, hurt their marriage, more then anything.
@@sicotshit7068 As I was watching I was thinking this is a great wedding song which I don't think had ever occurred to me after hearing it countless times.
I borrowed some of the lyrics in my wedding vows to my wife. Sadly, we are no longer together. So this song always chokes me up because I loved the lyrics borrowed and my wife. It even tears me up to write this. Great song by one of my favorite bands of all time 😢
I've been enjoying you guys for over a year now and this is the first time that I have seen Amber cry a little listening to Led Zeppelin. It touched ME just watching HER reaction 🥰 God bless you both . Ron
OMG...one of my top 3 bands for life...always a pleasure. I still melt when I listen to Robert Plant. They just expanded and got better as time passed...but their basic sound was always exquisite. Sure miss Bonham! 😢
Definitely one of Zep’s greatest ballads….another sweet one is “All My Love”, unless y’all done that one, which I suspect y’all have….sweet reaction y’all 🤘🏽❤️🔥🤘🏽❤️🔥🤘🏽
Jay and Amber, thank you, thank you, thank you !! I have requested this song several times. Have been a Zeppelin fan forever (I’m now 70) and this is my favorite song ! Have told my husband and sons that I want this played at my funeral.
Jay, will you please react to Led Zeppelin's 1973 Madison Square Garden live performance of "Since I've Been Loving You"? It was actually the very first video I watched of you before your better half joined you. If you can't find the live version in your archive, could you please react to the studio version (Led Zeppelin III). Frankly, I'd love to hear you guys react to the entire first Led Zeppelin album, which is SO bluesy. We all know how much she loves bluesy tunes and I would love to hear her reaction to that incredible performance. 🙂
One of the most beautiful love songs of all time. It's the first time I've heard this song since my wife passed last year, and every word of this song echoes true from me to her. Love & Cherish everyone close to you. God bless you all.
She's not gone, she's still here in ways you don't undestand. When you hit that low point it's her that wraps around and says "You got this". I lost my youngest brother 33 years ago and i still feel his presence.
Great ballad after a side worth of classic Zeppelin bangers, Led Zeppelin 2 is my favorite album by them, those first albums were mind blowing in 1969, decades ahead if their time and setting a standard for hard rock that was never exceeded. Great reaction & more Zeppelin Please! Enjoy. 🎶🎸🎤🎹🎶
I'll be honest, since you guys love Led Zeppelin so much, I was thinking that maybe it might be a good idea to check out the band Greta Van Fleet. I realize that some people may think they are too much like Led Zeppelin, but I personally just think their music gives me 70s vibes mostly. I really don't care who they sound like. I just like them. I would just say that if you guys love Led Zeppelin so much, I think you might like them too. Try either the songs "You're The One" or "Age of Man."
I was 16 in 1978 when my family moved from CA to Valier, Montana for a year. I was floored when I heard the local TV station was using the beautiful synth part at the end of the song for it's station ID music. I was a REAL Zepp fan by then, and I recognized it immediately. The Great John Paul Jones on keyboards. Gorgeous song -thanks you guys...
While my wife and I were dating, I created a misic mix of songs expressing the evolution of our relationship from friendshipto engagementand our marriage, and this was in that mix. What a great song, and great job by bassist/ Keyboardist John Paul Jones.
This was my first love and my song. I can still picture holding her in my arms to this day. 1970. Just out of high school. Hearing this right now has brought tears to my eyes. "Thank you", J&A. You truly made my day! Peace and love to all. Stay groovy and God bless us all.
When my uncle got married, his wife was in charge of everything regarding the wedding ceremony except for one thing, he got to pick the wedding song and, my uncle being one of the biggest Led Zeppelin fans, picked “Thank You”. We got to see Robert Plant many years later and Plant always performs this song. Great memory
When I was in first grade my teacher yelled at me for something and I told my mom about it. My mom wrote a not so nice letter in my notebook to deliver to her the next day. Unfortunately my mom used to also doodle in our books. So the next day instead of giving her the letter chastising her I gave her the lyrics to Led Zeppelin Thank You. The teacher thought it was so sweet she almost cried. It didn't last long as the next day I gave her the letter actually meant for her.
Robert wrote this song to his wife Maureen as she worked as a nurse & mainly held down the fort while he pursued his musical career….Thank You Maureen!!! You should listen to The Song Remains The Same/The Rain Song ( they must be played together) Love your channel you two are beautiful souls❤
@@DanalynTuthill-yl4hd I'm late to the solo career. Just found it. Going to see him in July! I hope he does this one. Not likely. He's with Allison Krause, so will probably be a lot of their songs, which are also very good. Can't wait to see him live, whatever he sings is magic!
One of my fav Zep songs ever. Has any hard rocking band ever made better use of acoustic guitars as them? I don't think so. AND, what GREAT drumming in this song!
Our wedding song! Glad you finally got to hear this one, Robert Plant actually does have a loving side, other than the lusting side lol! Written for his wife Maureen. ❤
Hoping for an All Irish line up for St.Patricks day tomorrow. I few ideas from myself would be Aslan, This Is. The Undertones, Teenage Kicks Boomtown Rats, Rat Trap 😊
Yous guys should check out "That's the Way" by Zepp. If you dug this track, you'll enjoy it. I mean....you'll enjoy any Zepp, amirite? One of the best bands of all time!!
