Went Fishing on the Tent lake again. The fish were Finicky but we managed to get some on the hook. We tried a new sleeping hammock which was extremely comfortable and worked great!
GOOD FOR YOU, ZACH!! Anyone who tries to take away your self esteem needs to be gotten away from asap. Life is hard enough of a struggle, and no one should make it harder. So much better to help, praise and encourage to help them shine. I hope things go well for you and your little family. You're a good guy!
Way to go Zach! And don’t worry about not being a so called professional. Don’t forget your roots and who you learned from…your Dad and Granddad are 2 of the most innovative gentlemen and you are very much like them. I’ll watch whatever you post even if it is just hanging sheet rock for awhile. You’re doing good!
I have to confess I haven’t always been one of your biggest fans but by your becoming ‘real’ to us you have just acquired a faithful fan. Don’t ever doubt yourself, you are a special soul.
I applaud that decision. Integrity is one thing that should never be sacrificed. We’re close to the same age and I made a pretty similar decision a couple of years back and I’ve never been more satisfied with a decision
I am your grandpa's age, 77 and really enjoy your videos, keep moving forward and never look behind. There is so much more to life than work itself. After 53 years of working for the man I was forced to retire and have enjoyed 11 years of bliss since 2011. You deserve your own channel some day, enjoy life and don't worry, we will always watch your content young man.
Wishing you all the best Zach in the days ahead. You are young enough and have a good head on your shoulders to find your next path. Keep staying busy and it will come to you when you least expect it. God bless…
Zach, you know you did the right thing with the job. The camping videos are great. Keep em coming and don't switch camp sites, that one is perfect. Keep working it. Thanks!
You’re driven, you’ll make a new path and make it work. And whatever it is I believe you have a fan base cheering you on and supporting you . People learn from what you may think is boring, share your work and we will watch. You’re dong great!
Good for you Zach! It’s horrible that a man that age and was the lead would act that way but you were right to not stay and take it! And…. as a bonus for us, we get to see you and your family more often! Take care and thanks
Best of luck Zach! You are a talented young man and will find a great new position. Many viewers can relate to your work story. Just remember that terrible situation when you get into management. Enjoy every day!
Zach your family is number one priority ..Zach have a good time camping ...remember your subscribers are here by choice and you choose what you want to share.. Remember you are holding the camera. Lol Louisiana Gal
Take courage to follow your dreams. You have a lot of support and have a good work ethic and great positive attitude. I’m in your cheering section for sure. Go get ‘em Zack !! The world is out there for the taking. Look forward to new videos and can’t wait for duck and deer camp.
The "Floater" is actually a popper-type plug. Good bass plug - jerk to cause a pop splash and retrieve median speed. Jerk (pop) periodically through the retrieve. Good Luck and I enjoy your channel. Also, watch all your dad's videos.
Zach, maybe once you get settled in your new home you could open a small engine repair shop. You are so handy at repairs and it wouldn"t take long for word to get around. Best of luck and keep up the great videos.
Zack, the fish camp is awesome I bet the woods and the air smell great, I really like the lures great colors and really like the willow blades, and great campfires, thanks for sharing 👍🎣
I really like watching videos of you fixing things around the house. You work hard and shouldn’t have to deal with unprofessional management. Take care of yourself and your family.
I moved to Oklahoma 5 years ago, and not realizing how much I miss the north, I started watching you and your dads videos. Now my son and I can’t wait for new videos as he is always asking me about the chores, work or outside things y’all are doing. Keep your head up, and I applaud you for sticking to your guns about work. Something good will happen. Keep the vids coming
Hey Zach, thanks for explaining what's going on behind the scenes so to speak. Best wishes and we r here to watch and will continue to support you guys
Thanks for sharing your life! You’ve made the right decision leaving your job. As a viewer, please know that you’re a part of our life. We very much look forward to watching your videos. You and your Dad. I love this type of camping videos actually kayak camping and Jetski camping (I love my Jetski), is my most favorite adventure to go on. I camp the Adirondack park in NYState. But I’m don’t record , I’m not a RU-vidr. I’d love seeing more of you!
Proud of you Zach never let anyone put you down. I know we only see part of you, but you're a hard working ethical man, but you come from hard working stock ( I know sounds old fashion). Just went fishing myself Sunday & Tuesday unfortunately didn't catch anything, but had fun. May the good Lord guide you to your next endeavor. Blessings to you and your family. 😊🇺🇲
Good day Zac,your work on the little boat sure made it look great .At your age this move you made in your life is great and I wish you a great time ahead .Take care as I will be watching your videos .👍👍
Good choice on the buck knife I own three of them 110 buck and Im 67 years old and never had a problem with any of them, very good choice! Gutted many deer with my buck.
Hello Zach...my name is Donnie Johnson and i'm from Cape Breton Nova Scotia Canada....I love watching the 2 channels....the thing that strikes me most is how honest, hardworking and capable your Grampa, Dad and You are...I work in the oilfields in Alberta from time to time and I understand what what you were mentioning about quitting your job because of abuse from a supervisor or manager.....you will be a success in whatever you endeavor and you are a terrific Father as well
Good luck Zach!!! Thanks for telling us what's going on. It hard to put your life out there. Sometimes you just got to take that chance in life or you'll always wonder what if. Keep up the great videos. I bet you could open up a small engine repair shop with no problem.
I hope for the best Zach! Love the videos by both you and your dad. Best of luck with the full time RU-vid and I hope you both make a decent wage. Y’all deserve it.
Hey Zach, hold you’re head for getting out of that toxic situation. Never look back. You’re living your dream and enjoy each day. Great to see your camping videos and the repairs on the new home. You should stop over too the tent to visit too. We all love seeing the tent, but I will say the camping spot you’ve got is pretty awesome.
Zack you are a wonderful husband to your family...God will open a door for you..you can work on cars any engine is a walk in the park..your dad gives you his buggies and mowers when it packs up and you fix it...soon you will be fixing all sorts of things...and getting paid... don't let that guy get into your head...his unhappy and is jealous of what you have...
You’re a great dude! We need more guys like you in America. Hard work, good character and lots of skills will always be a plus! You’ll be successful I know it!
Mr. Wazowski sits on my desk at work. My daughter loves the fact that he is there. We would sit for hours and watch that movie when she was young. She is 12 now. Cherish the moments you have my friend. I mean it. It goes by all too fast and all of a sudden, they have different priorities.
I have to say, when you said you quit your job, if it would have been anyone else I would have thought you were just running away, but I have seen your work ethic in your videos and you are not the type to just quit and not make sure you have thought things through. I can relate to what happened to you, I am retired now, but when I first got married I worked second and third shift, for 10 years, always promised day shift but like you someone else made the calls and I never got it. I had 3 little kids, missed a lot of their growing up in those 10 years, and it led to a divorce, when you aren't sleeping in that same bed together for 5 nights a week, it can pull you apart. Glad you and your wife could talk it through and you are both supportive of each other. I have no doubt you will succeed at whatever you do, you stuck it out when you wanted to walk, and you made plans and have goals, you will do fine. Respect young man, you deserve it.
I applaud you for standing up for yourself. That lead needs personal help. As everyone is saying, we will watch whatever you make. I enjoy all of it. Good luck on your other activities and looking forward to the time you can share. Great video
Good for you I’ve had bad management before and it’s hard! I’ve worked at the same chemical plant for well over 33 years about half that time I’ve had Buttheads for managers. Looking back I wished I had the balls to do what you did. Good Luck!!! I mean that good for you!
Hey your top water plug is designed to cast it and couple small jerks. On the retrieve reel up you the slack and repeat until you have it back in. Also when a fish blows up on it wait until you feel the fish before you set the hook. Good luck and I hope this helps!
I certainly hope that as you left, that you shared with management why you were leaving! It is important that they know! Love the boat chair! Now that is what I call thinking outside the box! Lol!
hiya zac,i love your videos....your a lovely young man and!you,ve been brought up the right away and you your grandpa and your dad are a joy to watch...i love coming on your journeys to the tent and duck camp and fishing trips....and watching the progress you all make on your properties..i especially like the winter adventures and i look forward to watching every vid..the highlight at the end is when your dad put the bins out just like we all do..lol..never change what you do and keeping us all entertained..much love from lancashire uk..xx
This was a fun video, fishing and camping are always fun videos. Here's a tip, tie a line above your hammock as tight as you can and drape the tarp over the line and stake it down. That way water won't pool in the middle. Also, put a container where it's staked and catch rain water. Thanks for sharing.
Great video Zach. Best of luck to you and the family. Love watching you turn into your dad knowing how to do almost anything ..haha..From what we see I dont think you need to work for anybody except for your own self
Great Video Sir and way to follow what you want to do with your life and protecting your family!!!! You are establishing your own identity and brand!!! Keep up the good work!!! As a 55 year old man, who didn't follow his dreams, I'm proud to see you doing what you want to do!!! Not that it means much coming from me but I'm proud of you Sir!!! Keep up the good work!!!
Zach I believe they call the Blades on that Spinner Bait (Hammered Willow Blades). I liked that Zach I always Flatten down the top of a can in the woods camping or at home, so no animals won`t get their head stuck in it. Enjoyed it
I've been running 2 commercial fishing vessels for 25 years. To this day I still have every employees still working today. I've never disrespected any of my crew...you didn't deserve to get treated like that. Glad you let this Disrespectful man...good on you zach
I love these videos. I wish the best for you and your family. I look forward to your future videos and have fun! I would love to see you and your Dad work together on some of the guest house build videos with a drop by of your grand father. Three generations of craftsmen. 🍀
Nice Video Zach! Love the way you camp (With all the amenities, my style of Glamping). Nice Fish, you could have had fish for breakfast. Dinner looked awesome also, Yum!! Sounds like you have made a good decision in life. Can't survive in a Job that doesn't that at least doesn't satisfy you. You will be much happier, and continue to be a great Husband and Dad working a job that doesn't keep you down. RU-vid seems to be a way to provide for the time being. Who Knows... but you can't find the answers if you don't explore life and it's infinite options. Well Done!!! Keep doing just what you're doing.
Quitting was the right move! I wish you the best whether it's YT or something else, with your skills, I hope you work for yourself, rather than someone else!
Yep, I'm looking at the Maverick as well, with the 2.0 engine. I do a lot of towing. About work: Life is too short to hang out with negative people. You're very skilled; you'll do just fine! Keep your head up and keep the faith!
Happy belated Birthday, you did the right thing and your family come first if your not happy they know, love the hammock all the best with what you do. thank you
Way to go Zach I have been working for myself for a longtime now and it has it advantages and dis advantages. I know your dad can tell you that but as long as you can do something that supports you and your family and you enjoy it most of the time , go for it. Good luck to you and just plan ahead and it should work.
Thanks for the video and keep them coming. I also like the videos of when you repair those engines. That camping set-up you have is coming together nicely. Many years ago I to left the 9-5 lifestyle and started my own thing it has been interesting and fun so keep doing it your way eventually it will all work out they way you want it to. There’s a somewhat relaxing feeling knowing that you have the ability to set your own work schedule and pace. Best wishes and good luck with everything.
Love me some hammock camping. It's my go-to for going on 10 years now. I'm too old and fat to sleep on the ground anymore! heh. It's a rabbit hole though. That said, look into cinch buckle straps/suspension. Can even find them in titanium buckles with kevlar straps for ultra-light carry. Anyways, thanks for sharing your adventure!
Good job, Zach. I too was wondering about the job situation and it was just as I had it pegged. Aside from some of the lifelong friends you may or may not have met at your old job, you will never forget this move and will ask yourself why ya didn't do it sooner. Johnny Paycheck said it best "Take this job and shove it" and let em go pound sand up their asses! You have a bright future with the following this channel has and I am so envious you get to share all the hunting seasons and many other things with us all. You will find your own video style in time and I am looking forward to it. I bet your Grandpa and Dad are thrilled.
Zach, keep doing what you're doing! Most of us did the 8 to 5, for too many years and hated it. Why do you think we are watching your videos!!! Best of luck!
