My mum's Fish Curry is simply the BEST! Growing up this was a staple once a month and we couldn't get enough of it!
It uses simple ingredients to make and the end product is just WOW! If you've been shying away from using Fish in your recipes then this is the curry for you guys! Scoop up those gorgeous, flaky chunky peices of Fish with that rich masala with a hot 🔥 buttered Naan, Roti, Parantha or even Rice.

Ingredients:
1kg approx. of Cod Fish
2 large onions finely sliced
3 tomatoes roughly chopped
1/2 cup oil
2 teaspoons of:
salt
coriander powder
deghi mirch (Kashmiri chilli powder) and
regular chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 tablespoon garam masala
juice of half a lemon
1 frozen piece each of ginger and garlic
2 green bullet chillies
fresh coriander to garnish
water in a jug
