Ingredients:
1 pound Cod or any white fish
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoon Olive oil
2-4 Brioche Bun
Directions:
In a shallow dish, mix together bread crumbs with paprika, salt, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
Brush fish with olive oil.
Coat fish fillet in bread crumb mixture.
Heat Blackstone Griddle or use a skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.
Add fish to the griddle and cook (about 5 minutes for each side depending on the thickness of the fish).
Remove fish from griddle and place on a plate.
Serve with lettuce, slice of cheese and tartar sauce on Brioche bun.
