If you watch closely you’ll notice the readings only went to 30 feet not 50 feet and then started back at 0. I had this exact same problem. I would run it all the way to the bottom but would not get readings all the way.
They have any plans to make it blue tooth capable, you know? Would greatly increase my ability to use it. Could store those updates to databases for minute by minute trolling info.

You should get an oxygen meter as well. Dissolved oxygen will vary depending on depth and temperature. The fish will go to a higher temp zone if the oxygen level is higher.Get both, and you'll really catch fish.
