As someone who grew up eating Musubi as a snack or something I would bring with me to school, this is very interesting. I love fish and Musubi so I am definitely going to try making these.

Wow! Buddy has gone from rolling down hills in the Alaskan tundra to standing up and being mobil! We used to live on the Big Island when our youngest just in Kindergarten (now an adult living in AU) he just made musubi last week because he loves it to this day.

Yessah! Kawakawa. I always share with my relatives and their friends, especially the 20#ers. Sashimi is their favorite dish. Then I get smoked wild pig, lau lau, chili pepper water, Tuscan olive oil ,etc. in return.

I didn't know this before I bought a Musubi press but apparently you can make a Musubi press out of an empty Spam container. If you were to do this, your rice would be perfectly sized and shaped for your Spam. Love your fish Musubi, I will have to make this weekend.
