Not directly in Fisher's Landing, but people do like to fish in the Columbia River which is just minutes away! You could also try Lacamas Lake or Lake Merwin

When is the VIC estimated to start selling houses?

The VIC is a mostly light industrial development. I believe the first residential part of the project is slated to start in 1-2 years. The developers have made it clear they likely plan to keep the homes and lease them, though I am sure at least one project will go up for sale. Projects of this size usually do not decide if they're going to sell until they see what the market cycle at the time is like.

I certainly hope not and don't think so personally. There are always bad apples out there, but people here are very nice, accepting, and kind in my experience and my client's experience :)
