lol true. But theoretically, the company that owns it would suffer the liability and monetary damages to have it salvaged and moved. It might be low rent shit true but it also wasn’t the city’s fault.... unless the city actually owns the barge and or was buying the stuff that the barge was hauling. Anyways, could also be all gummed up in court and them arguing over who has to move it and if insurance is liable to pay. Yes, low rent shit for sure and some potentially complex lawsuits and arguments between parties to go along with it
