Try basting that redfish with Tony Chacere’s French dressing and let it caramelize towards the end of cooking. I always dust the caramelized dressing with a little Paul Prudhomme’s redfish magic. It’s my wife’s second favorite fish I cook… after my stuffed flounder.

L, B, R, W, V those are difficult to say. My mother had difficulty with them. Apparently, I allegedly have a problem with them, too. The funny thing is my dad's name was Wilbur (wlbr), and he named one of our dogs Buster until he heard mom call the dog he changed the dogs name to Buddy. Neighbors thought it was funny. My mom was Japanese she passed at 92. Her accent got stronger the older she got since she became hard of hearing. Maybe you can't say some worse because you're part Japanese. 😅😊
