Funny video 😄 Times have changed a hell of a lot ? Club matches coach loads going fishing for the day fishing how they thought was right at the time with the kit they had .Today people fish 3-4-5 times a week and you can find out almost anything on you tube .Kit has got better ,more commercials to fish ,more fish being caught ( in some cases 😂😂 ).Keep up the videos well worth a watch and laugh .

The first time i see you too have a real chat.!! Great. Sometimes it seams that fishing on a venue in England is easy. Because the weights are high in some venue's. 3 times a week a venue fishing and than be Lucky to draw a great page ...must be the thing too win it??. Thanks for in the van absolutely great don't know weather it Allen and Dave or Dave and Allen .I'm 76 and fish 4days a week when it in your blood that it .my kick is getting a nice carp on the pole . I only fish matches pole and rod meeting the lads that fish and help me with my kit any way thight lines nice laugh keep filming and fishing .

Brilliant again Alan and Dave really enjoyed the chat in the van.just picking up on a comment you said about match fishing.i have match fished for 40 years at club and open levels. But now with only able to go once a week and the expense of open and competition are out of most people's reach.its not a moan good luck to them they are brilliant anglers but I fish amongst some brilliant anglers in club matches and at a price that's affordable for them.good luck lads for any competitions you fish this year 👌

Great V Log ... LOL I think that a lot of people would rather fish carp fisheries or carp ponds rather than go River Fishing or Canals . As well as the cost to enter a match , plus bait and fuel can come to a costly sum ..Tight lines .

Brilliant bit of banter this is what angling is about to many anglers nowadays take angling to seriously it's got to win at all costs.this scenario is present at club level doesn't seem to be any banter and p__s taking now.gone are the day's where you got to your peg on a national with a bursting headache because you'd only managed to scrawl in bed a couple of hours before your breakfast.love to watch your videos really good content. Preston innovations Des Shipp great Angler great Q&A with Joe Carass through lockdown when we couldn't get out on the bank a life saver. I only get to go once a week now due to time mainly but love it and look forward every week. It must be hard for you guys to do your live matches when you want to win your matches but also talk to a camera full credit for that. Just to mention a great fishing program I use to watch which was a Passion for Angling with Bob James & Chris Yates superb watch inthink many would say the same. Hope you guys both do well with your matches this year who knows you could be winner's of Fish,o! golden reel, maver match this, or feeder masters, you never know! Its like Little and Large but shot in a Van. Priceless. You spoke about the old days on one hand when fishing matches could be 1000 or even more. ( Ivan Marks days). and on the other hand current days Club matches. I think for a lot of anglers cost has a lot to do with what they fish on a regular basis. Jon Arthur and winning ways top favourites with your 2 shows. Different insight from different shows which are all relevant. Keep the Chat in the Van going. Its great fun and fresh. Absolutly magic. Havent laughed so.much in ages Am retired and use to fish open matches and go all over the country .but now gone back to local club matches and Alan is right it's the crack and enjoyment .both keep up the great work fantastic
