This is my favorite series

Flan is like a custard desert with caramel coated on top. It's main ingredients are eggs and sugar, its made up side down with the caramel on the bottom and custard on top when cooled it's then flipped. It usually not eaten with whip cream but I guess some people do eat with it on top. Idk what all the ingredients are I just watched the cooks make it at my job, briefly.

So a Pot Sticker is another name for a dumpling, ya learn something new every day. I never knew that.
