Seems like all under sized fish, I guess there are no rules in Malaysia..

That doesn’t seem like a correct way to handle the fish humanely. Put in ice, not in a bucket with inadequate water with the fish struggling. Also playing and squeezing the fish from the bucket to make a video thereafter is also a poor way of handling. Moreover fish left out for too long without bleeding doesn’t make suitable sashimi. Please treat fish with more respect. Just my 5 cents
