Use screwdrivers that fit the screws better so you don't mangle the screw heads. Be careful using needle-nose pliers to drive a nut; doing this often mangles the nut. Tell us the paint stripper used. Tell us the primer and paint used. Tell us the solution used to clean the plastic components. Tell us where you got / how you made the round label that you glued to the reel.

Unfortunately, after all this time, I don't even remember the paint primer and top coat. I cleaned the plastic materials with car plastic upholstery cleaner. THX the comment. But I very curious how you would do it. :D Why not sendblast? If you know and use sandblast then you would you know. Because the alumini very soft metal and damaging the surface. The screws? If you watch full video you see, what I use is manufacturing, 2 screws all the same and 1 different. The paint? I use period of the reel because legacy of my grandfather.
