With the Lefty's loop knot, you only have to go around the main line once. If you think about the mechanics of it, there is no benefit to going around twice and it makes a smaller knot. For a jam knot in such heavy leader, I just go through the lure eye (or clip), 3 times around the mainline then back through the gap created between the lure eye and the twists, tighten up and done. Smaller knot and leaves the tag facing back towards the lure so it doesn’t catch as much weed. Give it a go 👍

Would you reckon a komodo 364 SS paired with a Black Adder 701 be a good pairing in your experience? I notice you use both the black adder and komodo reel but wasnt sure if you had paired them together before... kepe up the quality vids 👌

Hey Lubin, awesome stuff! Yes, you should definitely do more technical videos! Do you ever tie a loop knot straight to the tremor when using the surface clip, or do you always use the clip?

I noticed that the line from the fixed spool was coming from underneath, I've read that the line should be coming from on top of the spool when spooling overheads/baitcasters. I guess with braid you're not going to encounter line memory like with mono so it doesn't matter. Were you aware of this?

Would would you also use the lefty’s loop knot for hunchback 90s?
