hi i was out on sat just gone with my son at st peters basin we did get loads of bites i got a codling of about 2lbs but the lad just up from me had ywo codling over 2lbs on crab so sill a few fish kicking about .i normally fish a little bit up river from there. where the q3 bus used to stop . i never see you strike when a fish bites i know you use braid but i use pen fathom or abu 7000 7s so i just use mono

Well done 👏 St Peters has always been a good shot for codling . Good to hear. I rarely strike bites in the river to be honest , really depends on how committed the bites are. Glad your catching well 😊👍
