Fishing the Rocks of North Wales - Can We Keep Our Tope Role Running???

With high winds forecast for the next couple of days it probably wasn't the best conditions to tackle the rock marks of North Wales. But we went anyway!
My mate Shaun, Rory and I packed in the van and headed to the coast to see if we could continue our lucky tope roll that we're currently on. Can we keep it going???

Good to see that Mark produced with the exception of that rogue wave. Would have loved to see it landed. Well worth the walk - one week to go for me to try again. Keep the videos coming mate.

Yeah it was a bit of a shame, would have really liked to get it in. Still, another mark for the list 👍🏼 Just returned from a bit of a special trip. Vid will be up soon, keep an eye out! 😉

Great vid, I've always wondered where that mark is and how to get to it. Me and my mates will have to go camping down there for a few weekends next year and see if we can get some tope out ourselves. Nice one mate, you've done us a big favour being so open. Pity your mate didn't manage to get any footage of that tope. Hard luck fella.

Thanks for the comments Greg. I’ve seen the mark on plenty of other RU-vid channels so with a bit of detective work it’s not hard to find. I enjoy the scenery and the landscape just as much as the fishing itself so like to put plenty of that in my videos. Don’t think I’d bother doing the fishing ones if it was just shots of a bland sea horizon and the fish. Anyway, appreciate you watching. The next one is a bit special 😉

Had my first tope there a few years ago 40lber And a 30lb went loads of times there always windy down there pollock fishing is awesome there tho massive wrasse aswell

@@mboutdoors_uk I’ve always fished to the right of the mark around 2 o’clock looking straight out as it pulls too the right only had them first light aswell for some reason literally first 30 minutes of light it’s a killer of a walk lol makes you not wanna go again 😂

Yeah definitely. Could see it on the surface the other side of the rock that it had washed underneath. 🦈 I’ve got a picture if you’re still in doubt 😉🤣🤣
