Your mom is like the Jimmy Houston of salt water fishing. he never released a fish without giving it a kiss. Nice to see you fishing with your mom. I'm old but still do a lot of fishing and own a boat. I lost my both my parents a long time ago so keep those memories.

You mentioned Jimmy Houston! When I was a kid in Cali, my Dad and I would always stop at the Boss’ bate in Madera. We were on our way to Eastman lake and always stopped at Boss’ to get bait. Guess who was there? Dad and I met Jimmy and his crew who were on the way to the same lake to film a show! Dang cool and a long time kid hero!!!

Fishing with mom again - nice. Whole school of fish around that submerged tree - that is a blast. I only found something like this once, a school of cutthroat trout around a hole in a stream. I think we pulled out 5 fish in 5 mins.

Nice job man. In all my years of fishing for reds I've literally only seen redfish stacked up around a tree like that ONE SINGLE TIME.. I'm not really sure why they were so stacked up in one little spot like they were in your video but when it happened to me it was exactly like your video. Cast after cast after cast. We were sitting right on top of them making a ton of noise etc lol and they never stopped biting. Wild stuff man. I was surprised you didn't catch a single speck tho. good job

Boy those are awesome redfish. They were diffenitely stacked up under that tree stump. You are going to have some good eating today! Speaking of sheepshead a guy on the internet caught a twenty pound sheepshead about 30 inches long in the gulf. I have the picture of it but I don't know how to get it to you both. You should see it. Kudos again to your mom Lee for catching the biggest redfish. Lee you are not the only lady to kiss a fish on the mouth. I too have kissed a five pound largemouth bass on the lips. Great video I waiting for you to put another out. Let me know if you want to see the pic of a twenty pound sheepshead this guy caught and how to send you the picture.
