Walking baits slam pike and musky up here in Ontario! 🤙 Jackall has another walking bait called the pompadour that is a KILLER for me… pike love it! Also bass. I’ve had luck along banks and along grass lines where birds could have fallen in. Also in streams for smallmouth! I don’t have the hook up issues you were having… maybe try waiting a couple second before setting the hook? I dunno man, Good luck!

Idk bro...with that hook up ratio I'd probably end up throwing my rod in the river not just pretending to lol. Do you think you could make a DIY top water bait that out performs that one 🤔...Also, in one of your future videos could you keep a spotted bass and a largemouth bass in the live-well then hold them side by side? I have a hard time telling the two apart. There's a few fish I've called a largemouth and then looked at the pic afterwards and questioned myself. It be appreciated. Keep them lines tight brother 🤙 😎

The pronunciation is C-kay-duh I currently use one and I just let them bite it and sets the hooks automatically.

I have to agree, I think the body hook is not likely to catch a fish and replacing it with a treble would greatly improve the hook up ratios!

Cicada ( Si-Kade-Uh) ... help you a bit with that pronunciation. And those things are everywhere. The 17 year brood is black ( maybe super dark brown) and orange ( can be a bit more red or yellow as well) . But !!! They are crushing fly baits, finesse baits and top water that are similar in color... but has to be close to the actual size. Dang small jaws are just too smart. PS- sometimes, you gotta slow it down more. But yeah those hybrid hard & soft bodies always tend to have weird hook ups

I feel like that front hook needs to be turned around. The way the hook faces the lure when you're reeling it pushes it into the lure. Could possibly be a mistake made when they were put on the lure.
