Sam, at 27:54 you put the belt on the wrong way round, so the brushroll would have been spinning in reverse. On a Junior this would not matter as the belt flies straight off the pulley if you put it on back to front, but on a Senior,. it stays on the pulley but spins the brushroll backwards, which wont help it clean properly. Always turn the machine on when its still upside down following fitting the belt so you can make sure the brushroll is spinning the right way.
Thanks! Yea it was interesting as there was a few differences between the parts! Got it as good as it could be though and that's what matters! Not every vac can come out like new
