in this video tell about how to fit up of neck weld flange with tee with very easy way this video help fitter and fabricator to fit up of material like elbow and flange each other #pipe #flange
Why does everyone on RU-vid take the longest way to do anything about piping? Eccentric's, t's, long or short ell's. Toss out that book you read on how to do it and use your head. I would have welded that before the video ended
@mechanicalfabrication786 I don't know about you, but a 6x4 eccentric reducer measures 6-5/8 +4-1/2. 6-5/8 minus 4-1/2 = 2-1/8. 2-1/8÷2=1-1/16. I have a piece of 8" angle that when clamped to my table is square to my table. Get a block or stack of metal 1-1/16, push the 6" side up against the angle and roll it, keeping it flat against the angle until the 4" end rests on the 1-1/16 stack. Measure from the table up the side and mark it at 3-5/16. There's your centerline.
