My husband just got me a Charge 2 as an early Christmas present and the first day I wore it I was *SHOCKED* at how few steps I take in a normal day. It really is motivating just knowing the number and shooting for something higher. Now I want to get one for my husband and each of my kids so we can get healthier together! Great video!

Added you on fitbit. I'm 35 and I've gained 70lbs in the last 7 years. I now have high BP, cholesterol, type 2 diabetes, and chronic back pain. This is my 3rd day with the fitbit blaze and I'm loving it!

I'm currently just using the Fitbit one. I don't like having things on my wrist. You're doing amazing keep it up. Don't read anymore sad stories.
