Exercise Of The Week
This is an advanced exercise for pelvic stability, spinal articulation, hip flexion and extension and it requires a lot of abdominal strength to maintain the position.
Only roll as far as upper thoracic, maintain contraction of the abdominals to prevent extension of the spine, reach through legs on pulse and avoid resting too much weight on hands.
It's advisable to start with the easier version and once strength and control is gained you can move to the harder version.
