How do you cut the cuff off? Kind of hard to see in the video. But these style shirts normally have buttoms & that extended opening on the cuff. Wouldvbt you lose all of that?

You remove the cuff using a seam ripper, perform the alteration, and then reattach the cuff.

How do I adjust a mens shirt where the shoulder length is too long. The sleeve head may need to be altered to fit the change in the armhole in which it must fit. Thanks

I would remove the sleeve and stick to altering the armhole shape and size along with coming in on the length of the horizontal shoulder seam but try to leave the sleeve head as it is.
