In this video it was a scary moment, I was fitting a side and rear windows in a vauxhall vivaro, so in essence this video is a Van build window installation.
Vivaro side window installation is not a really a bad job, the template is pretty much there from the inside, but still a scary moment doing this to my self built camper
After this, it was time for the vivaro rear window installation - which again wasn't that bad as the template is there from the inside.
All in all, the Vivaro window installation took 5 hours + curing time for the rear windows.
Fitting a side and rear windows in a vivaro has never been considered a job i would undertake, but the whole process was quite straight forward. I also treated the cut areas with silver Hammerite paint.
I purchased the windows from a company on eBay, called Trade glass UK, it came with all the necessary parts for completing the job, including the "U" trim for putting around the panel, once cut.
