Really looking forward to knowing how you go with that sprocket on hills before I consider putting one on. Cheers!

But that's a tight thing with the kickstarter shaft, keep in mind the chain also lengthens a bit!

That why I fitted that nylon chain guide,it just holds the chain up that little bit and keeps it off the Kickstarter shaft and the part of the frame under the chain. It seems to be working very well.

Another really useful video, thank you 🙂 I have the exact same 19 tooth sprocket that I'm going to fit on my 2021 Classic 500, but I'm going to wait until it's time to replace the chain and sprockets at around 10 or 12 thousand km. How many km would you normally recommend to change the chain and sprockets at?

The main problem is the poor quality stock chain. If you change it sooner than later you should get away with not changing the rear sprocket. It looks like it's designed to fit a traction engine and of very good quality. Plus a rear sprocket is about £70 GBP to replace. If your rear sprocket is in good condition as they don't seem to wear replace the chain with a DID chain and fit your 19T front sprocket. Make sure you change the oil pump O ring as you will be removing the complete right hand engine casing. It is not worth the risk of not changing it or your engine could be running on low oil pressure if it leaks.

What's the 19T sprocket like on the road? How is cruising at highway speed compared to the stock 17T?

I will be doing a review on it when the bike is finished and back on the road.
