Where'd you get the stones?

I have a question. I took a 1911 Colt Commander 70 series off without taking the plug off first so the side came off with plug on and everything else. When I put everything back on correctly the slide or rails felt raspy when I'd work the slide. I'm guessing I bent the rails on either the slide or frame and now it feels raspy. What would you say it is? Thank you.
