You need a UK TV licence, so even if you're in the UK you can't watch, if you don't.

@Bumpkin You only need a licence if you are watching something that is being broadcast at the time in the BBC, whether on TV or online. I don't have a TV nor do I have a licence. I do not watch live & it is perfectly legal. I only watch things online after the broadcast had ended. Orson, there are 14 episodes of the 2020 competition iPlayer.
