The NEW FIVE ARCHES PARKRUN is here! This is the second parkrun I have ran and I will be doing parkruns all over the UK and rest of the world! Every Saturday I take part in a 5K run trying my hardest to get under 20 mins. FIVE ARCHES parkrun has just started and we are attending the third event. It is a very flat course with very few turns, great for getting a pb!

Hey! No way I was hoping you would find the video 😄 Oh really, I have never seen Bath City play before so I had no idea, I like the shirt though! I’m an Aston Villa fan so I sometimes wear the home shirt to the parkruns! Yeah the turns were great! That’s what I love about the spirit of parkruns, loved the course too so will definitely be coming back to do it again.

Great information about the course. I'm running this event this coming parkrunday. It looks like you need to place yourself in the start area to your predicted time.

Thanks Mark! Glad you enjoyed and found it informative. Good luck this weekend, should be a lot quieter now 😄. I am in Finland doing the Tokoinranta parkrun this weekend. Yeah definitely! It is quite a thin path to begin with so if you don’t get towards the front early you will find it hard to pass people 👍.

Yeah it’s a nice one! Very flat and simple to follow too. No nothing can! I was up in Congleton this week and that was a nice one around a lake!

Love these park run review type vids! Very good watch make some more! Also if you want a unique course come to chippenham, we have gravel, tarmac, mud (plenty lol) and a couple hills for good measure. Very varied and interesting course so long as you don't mind a few seconds slower

Thanks Joelmead1041! Glad you enjoyed 😄 Will keep them coming as long as I am visiting new runs! Yeah I have heard that Chippenham is a good one and that is definitely on the list to do. Currently completing the ones around Bristol, and when I am away I do those too. Plenty of mud lol, that's the parkrun spirit! I don't mind doing it slower at all, I just like trying different ones and ticking them off and completing challenges 👍

I slept around 6am and woke up at 11am she seems fine,she's not bleeding or anything but there's a mark close to her right eye and one on her nose but she's not crying no screaming she's acting normal.the person might barely hit her maybe🤨😰😥 thanks for love sheppey,hope you don't have bad luck like me.❤❤❤❤❤🇨🇦🇬🇧

@@Sheppey10 not bad thanks mate! Yeah, my partner got me hooked on parkrun. It’s such a great way to start your weekend and do a little bit of touring. We did a parkrun in Dublin just the other week and have also been to Italy and Norway. Signed up for Manchester Marathon, so have that to train up for. Would be good to see you on Strava! Keep it going matey, there is definitely an audience for this 🙋‍♂️

The car behind the person stopped at my house and she said that my dog was on the road and got hit and she said "she looks ok" I'm so sad man😭😭
