Omg soooooo important... everytime i rush into a wod ..running late and such i grow so incredibly cautious of my joints and muscles without having had the time for mobility and stretching before and during a great warm up..♡ kudos to you Girly!!♡♡
Yes, love this!! I've been putting a lot more focus on my mobility over the last few months so I can get in to better positions especially overhead as that's where I'm weakest and it's paying off big time!! I also want to keep doing crossfit for as long as I can injury free and having better mobility is going to allow me to do that!!

Is the shoulder overhead stretch ok for someone who has dislocated their shoulder before? I want the flexibility/mobility obviously, but would not like to have to reset my left shoulder again 😱
I think you overdid it with the stretching and leggings it's time to sew :)))) and I'm afraid I'll begin to repeat compliments about your video... you work quickly (often) and efficiently, which, of course, pleases👍
