For the first time in CrossFit Open history, Rich Froning, Sam Briggs, Annie Thorisdottir, Jason Khalipa, and Graham Holmberg went head-to-head in the live announcement of Open Workout 14.5 with no time cap to save them from thrusters and bar-facing burpees.
