just because a lot of us don't have CF doesn't mean we are not going to see this movie. just like Fault in our Stars, it was about cancer and millions of people who do not have cancer went to see it and loved it. and i bet this movie is going to be like that. i mean i don't have CF and watching this trailer got me very excited to see it because 1.) it looks really good. 2.) ive never heard of this disease before until i watched this trailer, (so it brings awareness to it) 3.) i love Cole Sprouse.

I honestly don’t plan on seeing fault in our stars despite having a uncles and a cousin who even had it twice. I loved the book but I watch and read for concept. One big exeption. If they make a the girl who could fly movie I’m going. Done, if only(though I have more reasons) to see cinema’s take on bella

as soon as i saw the trailer for Five Feet Apart i was so happy that more people will find out about cystic fibrosis and how serious it actually is. i lost my older brother to cf on the 23rd January this year when he was 23 years old, and yeah i cried the whole way through the film but at the same time i couldn't be happier that people are trying to raise awareness fro cf, and hopefully we are now a huge step closer to finding a cure and saving people's lives! i hope that soon we can get the NHS to provide orkambi for cf patients and we should get free prescriptions too! i know that if my brother was still here he would be absolutely over the moon i love your channel and you are a huge inspiration to other cf patients

Aimee Easton I want to say I’m so sorry for your lose. And my thoughts are with you and your family. CF is a monster of a disease, that’s why we need all the advanced meds soon to improve are health to live longer with our families. This film was a great awareness campaign! @@NormalLifeGaming thank you so much and yeah I agree we need all the help we can get in raising awareness for cf and this is an amazing way to do it! i actually did a fundraiser cake sale type thing for cf in school this week and i managed to raise over £300 for the cystic fibrosis trust charity. it makes me so happy that people will understand more now and hopefully we can save lives in future. i wish you all the best too, with your channel and your health xx

I personally had no idea what the film was about, but I saw the trailers thumbnail and saw it was Cole Sprouse and went "Eh, I'll watch it. Cole's talented." but fell in love with the idea when I realized what it was about. Hopefully more people will watch it (casting a very famous dude like Cole was a good idea for it to get attention) and make people more aware of CF

His popularity sparked because of a show with his twin brother called Suite Life Of Zack and Cody, and it's sequel show Suite Life On Deck where he plays Cody. His popularity resparked after the release of teen drama Riverdale, playing the role of Jughead Jones.

I can’t wait for this movie to come out! One of my best friends and her little brother has CF and we’ve already set a date to go see it. You brought up a good point on masks, we probably ought to bring some. I don’t know if it’s just because you’re over there but Cole Sprouse is huge in the US. He and his twin brother have been in a bunch of stuff since they were little so it’ll probably be a very big release here. Great review!

To be fair this movie has the potential to be a huge hit since Cole Sprouse has a massive fanbase, I think he's close to 20 million instagram followers, just so you have an idea and a lot of people are into romances, so not everyone watching will have cf. The director said he and the production are working out ways for people with cf to watch the movie though, either from their own homes or something else. I'm sure they'll come up with something until the release of the movie.

@@NormalLifeGaming oh yeah I hope so too! Apparently the director worked closely with other cf patients who came on set as consultants for the actors and he also had a cf nurse on set. Personally I had no idea what cf was until I saw this trailer and then it peaked my interest which lead me to do some research on it, I truly hope that happens with more people!

I agree I was at a stool selling stuff and there was a card that said I had cf and so many people was like oh do be sick stay healthy but cf sometimes isn’t about health

When I go to the hospital for my routine check up, I’m immediately placed in a room even if I’m early or there’s more than a dozen people ahead of me in line. The rooms are covered in linen and they get exchanged with each patient. Doctors and nurses also change gowns with each patient. I don’t think I’ve ever walked by another CF Patient in the hospital. At least not knowingly.

I can't wait for it coming, but not because i habe it or a familiy member like u said, just because of my love fore cole. I did know a little bit about CF but not the whole impact. So i am trilled to see it. And many many people come into cinema for cole i will garantee it and this will bring soooo much awareness towards CF. But i think that you thinking about CF people catching each other bacertia at the cinema, should have been a reason for making it a netflix movie. Sadly they did not think avout that. :/

@@NormalLifeGaming I did, the parts I could relate to were living to be treated not being treated to live. And all the meds CF patients take I take a lot too. When I saw the trailer of her getting them ready for the week. I was like that's what I do every week. 😂 Then in the movie when Pho died is relatable not in a sense that fibro will kill u. But there are ppl who will kill themselves because the pain becoming too much for them. The battle becomes too hard of a road and the only way they see to easy the pain is out. 😔 sad but true part of fibro. Until there's a cure gotta keep pushing on right 💜🦋💜 hugs 🤗

I just hope they don't glamorize the risk taking and make it seem like a good thing. The importance of striking a balance between ignoring rules and treatments vs driving yourself crazy trying to do every last one is definitely a good message, but you can bend a little and live life without diving right off the deep end and putting yourself at risk of serious infection, particularly since it seems like the character is waiting for transplant. Also, not only do I plan to wear a mask to the theater, I just might bring a can of Lysol and spray down my chair to be extra sure!

My granddaughter has cf , she’s doing pretty well . Just got home from first 2week hospitalization for infection and IV antibiotics . Not sure if I will see it , hits close to home .. but I may go ,we’ll see .

Can you do a vlog on children with cf, since you obviously were once a child. I have an 11 year old that tried to commit suicide a few months ago. Actually our daughter ( her mother died in 2011) that had been our granddaughter. Just wondering if you could speak to some of the feelings that you went through as a child. I love watching/listening to you. You seem to be honest and funny. Your accent doesn’t hurt either. 😊

Yesterday I started reading this book and it's kinda sad seeing her thoughts and his thoughts. We see the reasons why and we see the problems of their reasons. I am not done with this book because i was kinda thinking about reading it today slow and steady and so I can understand a lot mor struggles. But to understand more of the problems he has B. Cepacia and CF

@@NormalLifeGaming I just finished it and cried 2 times being in. It's sad and beautiful, i bought it after a week of thinking about reading a sad book once again. Then i saw a comment about it having an open end. And yeah it does, but towards this open end and its still sad. Also it is funny and has so much stories to tell, let me think: at least 6 different stories and their reasons why it all is complicated. And those break hearts while fixing them. I would recommend reading it. It's 2 times sad like the fault in our stars (after reading the book i was not up to watch the film ever and i quit every john green book) but this is just something hopeful and something bringing awareness. It's in the dedications written why and its just ":)))" the movie will be good and the best is for all the people having anxiety about CF'ers starting having kiss orgies it's not that.

I will have to disagree with you on the idea that no one will want to watch it. This movie has a target audience for teens as it cleverly stars Cole Sprouse (the most recent favourite for teenager girls) which is automatically dragging people towards the cinemas expecting a beautiful love which it has. A lot of girls came to school the next day talking to me about the film without even realising I had CF and knew automatically a lot of information that came with the love story. I think it is a very clever way to raise awareness and I thought the movie was great and very educational 👍

I’m always sweaty but I can’t wait just like keep saying everyone that has CF if your. CFer please when you go to the movie theater to see this movie please wear and face mask and gloves because most likely the period right next to you behind you in front of you had CF, I wish they would give out the gloves and mask for this movie like they do with 3D lives how they give the glasses out for them. I feel like they should have gloves and face mask for us if people come that have CF! Mom just saying....

It’s just It’s easy to say that the only people who would watch it have to be involved in some way with CF but that’s not the case at all, because a lot of people know Cole sprouse whether It’s in riverdale or kids tv shows back in the 90’s, and then some people want to see it just to be more aware and become more knowledgable of what it is, just my opinion that’s all, I still love your content

Normal Life ? - Cystic Fibrosis Yes I did I actually tried a few times cuz that’s what would usually happen I would forget to turn the volume on but I think it was my earbuds because I could hear the preview but not you but I can hear it know Thanks 👍👍
