Please make a floral syrup! Lavender, rose, violet or elderflower. I would also like to see a recreation of the infamous Juniper Latte. That one was my favorite Starbucks drink of all time
If you make the syrups with 2 parts sugar to 1 part water, they don’t need to be refrigerated! As a bartender said, “the goal is to make pourable sugar, not sweetened water”
Is the water to sugar ratio 1:1 and then add whatever flavoring like 2:1? Where would I find the actual recipes for these different syrups? Please don’t be upset that I am asking. I just may not have seen or heard it. I apologize for these asking.
