In that scenario, merging or turning would be very risky, either wait for the vehicle to overtake you or of you have scope then increase your speed and make more gap and then check blind spot again and indicate and then merge/turn If you are not able to do any of these then abort mission and continue straight. Remember safety comes first

Not that I know of, usually they are very helpful. Even if they cant speak english fluently, they still try to explain in English. But there can be exceptions as well 😊
