Let me just say-- watching someone explain the process, while also watching him 100% focused by paying acute attention to audio cues and correlating his actions to visual tasks, AND calling out directions to solidify where FT Freddy is in his head... fucking insane. It's so cool watching a human brain at full capacity; the perfect machine in the right conditions. Super super cool.

7 years ago, I would've never been able to make it to this part of the playlist considering I was terrified of Freddy and was never able to get past the first game. This is an adventure that, even though late, I'm glad I'm a part of.

I LOVE how passionate Mark has been with explaining these mechanics. I've never thought of his videos as tutorials, since it's of course a "let's play" style most of the time, but this is so much more straight-forward (especially because of the voiceover format since he was sick around recording). It's genuinely something people can use to BEAT Golden Freddy Mode, which is hilarious considering Scott's insistence that 10/20 mode was impossible LMAO

What I've collected in the expanse of this entire storyline is that William Afton, the purple guy from fnaf 1/2/3, was only represented by the color purple- while his son, Michael Afton was LITERALLY purple.

Whos bingeing this after the fnaf movie? 😅

Okay, I just wanna say this. But Mark is almost completely right. There technically IS two purple guys. William Afton being the original who killed all the kids and created the animatronics. Michael Afton looking almost exactly like his father, William, and getting mistaken as him, being the one trying to fix his father's mistakes and set the souls free. Although, Michael isn't the one inside Springtrap, he's the one who got scooped which is why he says, "I should be dead... But I'm not.." William is the one inside Springtrap and he IS dead, his soul is just possessing the animatronic. I believe the end cutscene was Springtrap in the safe room of the Freddy Fazbear's from 1987, because Fazbear's Fright (FNaF 3) doesn't take place until I think the year 2023. And Sister Location takes place a few years after FNaF 4 and 2, which takes place in 1983 and 1987. The whole scooped thing and Sister Location being the third in the storyline also ties up to FNaF 1. In FNaF 1, you remember you play as Mike whatever his last name was. I believe that was a fake name for Michael Afton. Because in that game you get fired for "Oder" and "Tampering with the animatronics". It makes sense for Michael since he is literally a decaying corpse and he would've been tampering with them to set the souls free. So I believe Michael was the nightguard in Sister Location, FNaF 1, and FNaF 3. FNaF 3 because he would've been searching for his father, ends up finding him, sets the building on fire to free his soul or something. Anyone bother reading that and understand what I'm saying? Yes I know this was 3 years ago, but I still feel like explaining a bit. Edit: Okay, I'm not saying this is all completely true. This is just what I believe. Nothing about the end cutscene or FNaF 3 has been confirmed. It's all debatable. It could've been Henry who burnt down Fazbear's Fright, I just have yet to see proof. Michael has been the nightguard is almost all the other games which is why I assumed he was the nightguard there too. And please stop pointing out to me that there was a sign in the end cutscene that said Fazbear's Fright. Other people have already pointed it out to me. My vision is shitty and even with my glasses, it's hard for me to see in dark areas. I wasnt exactly paying attention to the background when I watched the cutscene. I literally looked at what he said about FNaF up until VR and came up with my own interpretations after rewatching Mark's videos. I'm literally not smart enough to solve FNaF by myself. I can only come up with ages based on dates and voices and tie ins based on small little messages. Hence me saying Michael is at least 20 by 1996 following the theory that he's C.C. and me claiming that he's Mike Schimdt because of him being fired for oder and tampering with animatronics. The rest of it (from what I remember) was all MatPat.

So... Michael Afton survived The Bite of '83, moved on to Sister lcoation looking for his sister but ending getting scooped up and having Ennard enter his body but later on, Ennard wants to find a fresh one, so Michael puked it, but hearing the words "You won't die" from Baby (her sister), he still survived that. Later on, Michael telling his father(William Afton) that "He did it, I found her. It was right where you said it would be. But something is wrong with me. I should be dead. But I'm not. There's only 1 thing left for me to do now. I'm going to come find you". Michael wants to undo his father's doings. As we moved to Pizza Simulator, Michael is finally freed from his pain as he is burned with the others (Molten Freddy, Baby and him) by Henry (William's buddy). But still remained, Golden Freddy (Cassidy), whose spirit is still alive, choosing if it wants to stay, or not. And yes, the spirits of the dead children has also been freed :). Now William Afton, tormented in the purgatory, being together with his monsters that he once created!
